Over the years I have worked with many open hearted women who bring love, magic & healing into the world just by showing up and being their true selves. Whether it’s your smile, sense of humor or urning to dig deeper into this thing called life, I value the uniqueness of you!  When we have the willingness to show up with an open heart & be true to ourselves in happiness and sadness - that is when magical things happen. That is when healing takes place and life begins to shift.
 

In 2010 after a brief illness and deep heartache, I took the opportunity to really find myself and begin my healing journey. During this time, I faced fears, was truthful and honest with myself and honored what I felt to be true in my heart. From that time on I have always said ‘Follow Your Heart - Just Be You.’ and that has made all of the difference in my life and hopefully in others’ too. It has allowed me to travel unmistakably on my spiritual journey that has guided me to teach and practice self healing modalities such as yoga, reiki, art & mediumship.
 

Three and a half years into my healing journey I met my man the one I had been looking for and we married. We moved to the country and began farming. My husband grew up farming, but for me this was a whole new experience! It has been a change, but a change I am so grateful for. We have since had a couple of kids and just like many of you, we are learning how to navigate life as parents!
 

Since having kids I moved away from teaching yoga and am now taking what time I can to focus on my other healing work. I offer reiki energy healing sessions with guided meditations. Eventually I will get back to teaching art as a way of meditation, healing and manifestation. But primarily in this season of my life I am focusing my attention on the healing services of mediumship readings.
 

Since childhood I have sensed the presence of spirit, but I did not really understand or think anything of it. It was shortly after 2010 that I began seeing my uncle appear to me in spirt that I began to think differently about my experiences. Since then I have had plenty experiences with loved ones in spirit, whether they were mine or someone else’s.  The experiences over the last few years have deepened and gotten stronger & I felt it was time that I answer a call that I have had in my heart for some time. Mediumship!

My goal is to provide open hearted healing opportunities for those who wish to show up to something that is greater than us.
