My work comes from lived experience. Over the past 15 years, I've been on a path of healing - learning to trust my own heart, honor my soul’s truth, and live in a way that feels fully aligned with who I am.
My roots began in yoga, movement, and meditation -practices that taught me how to listen deeply, breathe through life’s changes, and trust the wisdom of my own body and soul.
Through years of personal healing, spiritual growth, and study, I’ve gathered and embodied the practices that I now share with others: energy healing, intuitive connection, breathwork, creative expression, mediumship, soul-guided coaching, and spiritual mentoring.
This path isn’t something I simply teach — it’s something I’ve lived, integrated, and become. Everything I offer is rooted in compassion, authentic experience, and the belief that the wisdom you seek is already within you.
